Team/Group Sport & Performance Mental Skills Training

All coaches and leaders are interested in enhancing trust, improving communication, reducing conflict, increasing mental toughness, and inspiring high performance thought patterns and actions among their teams.  Working with a sport and performance specialist allows coaches to learn side-by-side the individuals they are tasked with leading.    

Instruction and information regarding constructs such as coachability, motivation, adaptability, team cohesion, and mindfulness, are a small selection of the initial learning areas for team and group mental skills training sessions.  Progressive presentations and workshops are tailored to meet the needs and environmental considerations of each client.
