Evi Ashenbrucker is a dedicated rugby athlete, coach, and scholar.  She has served in leadership roles as the captain of UC-San Diego, and was a DI Collegiate All-American.  She was then contracted in the Italian ‘Serie A Femminile’ Premier League, where she played for Rugby Colorno FC, near Milan, Italy.   Evi coached at Humboldt State University, where she led the team to consecutive National Championship appearances.  She created and oversaw the California Women’s Collegiate DII All-Star program, before being selected to USA Rugby’s Elite Coach Development Program.  Evi graduated with honors with a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Notre Dame College.  She is currently located in New York City, and competes in the U.S. Women’s Premier League for New York Rugby Club, while coaching Play Rugby USA’s Community Olympic Development Academy Program.  Evi can be reached at eashenbrucker(at) 



Jenna Anderson began her rugby career at Illinois State University.  She was a member of the USA Rugby U19 and U23 Women’s National Teams, and was named as a First Team Collegiate All-American.  Jenna worked for USA Rugby as a National Championships intern upon graduation from ISU with a degree in Public Relations.  She was then hired as the City of Glendale and Glendale Raptors Rugby Youth Programs Coordinator.  Jenna has played with the Glendale Raptors since 2008, and retired after winning the 2014 Women’s Premier League National Championship.  She is a Level 300 USA Rugby Certified Coach, Level One Referee, Rookie Rugby Educator, American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer, and a World Rugby Level One Strength and Conditioning Certified Coach.  She was also awarded Rugby Colorado’s High School Division II Coach of the Year in 2011.  Jenna designs and develops all of Glendale’s Youth Rugby Academy programs, and can be reached at janderson(at)

Mike "Moose" Anderson has been a member of the rugby community since 1987.  He has competed for the Asheville Iguanas RFC, Baltimore Chesapeake RFC, and he currently holds the role of Vice President of Severn River Rugby Football Club.  He began coaching in 2007 for UMBC Women's RFC, and he currently leads the Anne Arundel County U19 programs, located in the state of Maryland.   Mike is a Level 300 USA Rugby certified coach, experienced club administrator, and a dedicated father.  He has over twenty-five years of business management professional experience, and currently oversees Retail Operations for Service System Associates contracting to the Maryland Zoo.  Mike "Moose" Anderson can be contacted at mooserugby(at)
